As a Service Technician Plumber for Culligan, you will be performing installs, services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.    

• Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
• Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
• Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
• Providing exceptional customer service!

• Qualified Plumber with full trade qualifications
• Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc)
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills 
• Comfortable working independently in the field to achieve efficient issue resolution 
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Full Australian drivers licence
