Business analysis expertise across digital health, complex system integration, and government ICT projects
Role Drive meaningful change as a Business Analyst supporting major digital health initiatives. In this role, you’ll be embedded within a collaborative product delivery team working on nationally significant systems. You’ll shape business requirements, analyse processes, and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable specifications that guide solution design and delivery. Your duties will include:
Leading requirements elicitation, clarification, and validation across multiple stakeholder groups • Mapping and analysing business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities • Interpreting system interactions and dependencies to inform solution recommendations • Producing high-quality BA artefacts including requirements, process flows, and use cases • Supporting testing activities through test case review and UAT participation • Providing evidence-based insights to support decision-making and project planning
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in digital, ICT, or government environments • Proven capability in business process analysis and requirements documentation • Ability to interpret complex system behaviours and assess impacts of change • Confident facilitator with experience running workshops and stakeholder discussions • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complexity • Highly organised, proactive, and self-directed in managing priorities and workload • (Desirable) Experience with digital health systems such as HI Service, My Health Record, or NASH
