With growing demand across our government panels, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take the lead on end‑to‑end panel‑based recruitment.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant – Government Panel Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple government panels. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, compliance-focused environment and genuinely enjoys stakeholder engagement.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers, procurement teams, internal colleagues, and candidates to deliver efficient, accurate, and high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Federal and State/Territory Government clients.
- Prepare and submit panel-compliant job ads, candidate submissions, briefing packs, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage talent pipelines across key government roles (APS, ICT, policy, corporate, project, etc.).
- Oversee compliance including probity, onboarding, and panel reporting obligations.
- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and quality of service.
What You'll Bring - Proven experience in government recruitment, ideally with panel experience (Federal, State or Territory).
- Strong understanding of government procurement, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage your own workloads with accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
