Experience in business architecture, strategic planning, business modelling, and enterprise-level solution design
Role This role offers the opportunity to shape and evolve enterprise business capabilities for a high-profile government agency. Working closely with senior executives and technical leaders, you will help define strategic direction, influence key programs, and ensure business and ICT alignment across major organisational initiatives. Your duties will include:
Engaging with executive stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and define business architecture approaches
Collaborating with business leaders, project and program teams, and ICT stakeholders to translate needs into effective solutions
Analysing complex business architecture challenges and developing outcome maps, strategies, and roadmaps
Ensuring alignment across business, information, application, and technology architecture domains
Contributing to the design and development of major organisational capabilities and enterprise architectural patterns
Monitoring industry trends and advising on emerging technologies and practices
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Strong experience as a Business Architect in large or complex organisations
Demonstrated capability in business modelling, strategic planning, and enterprise/business architecture
Experience leading or contributing to business process improvement initiatives
Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and provide expert consultancy advice
Skilled in requirements definition, solution development, and ICT practice improvement
Ability to mentor and guide team members while working collaboratively in small, high-performing team.
