About the role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll provide proactive and confidential support while assisting the Board, Board Committees and Executive team when needed. This is a varied role that combines executive support, event coordination and office administration.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the CEO’s diary, appointments, travel and meeting schedules
- Preparing agendas, briefing papers, correspondence, presentations and reports
- Acting as a key contact for stakeholders engaging with the CEO and following up on actions
- Assisting with Board meetings and supporting the Company Secretary when required
- Coordinating Town Halls, staff gatherings, Board dinners and retreats
- Managing confidential records, approval workflows, invoices and expenses
- Helping coordinate day-to-day office activities, including deliveries and onsite trades
About you You’ll have significant experience supporting a CEO, executive team or Board. You’re organised, discreet and confident managing competing priorities, with the judgement to anticipate needs and keep things moving.
You’ll also bring strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent stakeholder management and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience in a not-for-profit, health, education, or professional services organisation would be an advantage, as would familiarity with Board operations or Board management software.
