The opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, organised Team Assistant to support a busy Transition team through a significant period of change.
With plenty happening at once, you’ll play a key role in keeping diaries, administration and team logistics running smoothly. The team will be heavily focused on delivering the transition, so you’ll need to be comfortable working independently, anticipating what’s needed and following things through.
If you enjoy being useful, bringing order to a busy day and getting on with things, this could be a great opportunity.
The role
Supporting the Transition Director and broader team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a busy diary, coordinating meetings and adjusting arrangements as priorities change.
- Organising travel, site visits, workshops and meeting logistics.
- Processing expenses and invoices.
- Preparing and formatting correspondence, documents and team communications.
- Maintaining registers, trackers and documentation.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding, including access, equipment and system arrangements.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external partners.
About you You’ll bring experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leaders, along with strong diary management and administration skills.
Just as important will be your attitude. You’re friendly, approachable and practical, with the confidence to take ownership of your workload and use your judgement without needing step-by-step direction.
You’ll also bring:
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
- A calm, flexible approach when priorities shift or urgent requests arise.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills.
Experience in a technology team or a change or transition environment would be helpful.
