This is a newly created role, where for the most part, you'll be able to work 3 days a week from home (although must be Melbourne based). You'll liaise regularly with the Director ensuring her busy days run smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, workflows and meeting schedules
- Act as a central point of coordination across the small, hands-on leadership team
- Ensure clear communication across the team and with stakeholders
- Prepare documents, updates and reports
- Create systems, processes and documentation standards
- Assist with compliance, audits and general administration
- Maintain organised digital systems and shared workflows
About You We're looking for an experienced and motivated EA or senior administrator who thrives in a close working partnership and takes pride in being the person others rely on. This is a busy, evolving environment, requiring someone resourceful, flexible and helpful, who doesn't mind rolling-up their sleeves and pitching in. You'll need strong organisational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, clear, confident communication and a natural ability to keep people aligned.
If this sounds like you and you're looking for a meaningful, for-purpose role where you can bring order to a growing business, we'd love to hear from you. Please forward your resume asap!
