Recruitly is partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to appoint a highly organised Team Assistant for a large-scale IT transition program.
Our client is a major private hospital and healthcare provider with a large network of hospitals and pathology labs located across every State and Territory.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, project-driven environment where you’ll play a key role in providing administrative and coordination support to keep the team running smoothly.
The Opportunity
Supporting the Executive Assistant to the IT Transition Director, you’ll play an integral role in assisting the wider leadership team and contributing to the success of a high-impact transformation program.
This role will see you providing day-to-day support, helping to bring structure and organisation to a busy and evolving program of work.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting with diary coordination for the IT Transition Director, including scheduling and updates
• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the transition portfolio
• Assisting with meeting coordination, agendas and note-taking where required
• Preparing and distributing communications, documents and reports
• Managing expenses, invoices, trackers and general documentation
• Coordinating travel, team events and logistics
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding of transition resources
About You
You’re a proactive and reliable Team Assistant, Senior Administrator or EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a wider team.
You’ll bring:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Confident communication skills
• A flexible, adaptable approach
• Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills
Experience supporting projects, transformation programs or IT teams will be highly regarded.
