The Opportunity
As a Document Controller, you’ll assist in managing and coordinating key project documentation, including:

• Consultant, subcontractor, and fabrication/workshop documentation
• RFI, queries, and general correspondence between RCC, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Applications and approvals for authorities and utilities
• Quality Assurance documentation including ITPs, testing, and hold points
• Coordination of PCA, BCA, and authority requirements to ensure project completion compliance

About You

• Previous experience in administration is preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience or interest in the construction industry is an advantage
