Autonomy & Asset Management Group (AAMG) is an Australian-owned business supporting the mining and resources sector. This role involves assisting qualified tradespeople with mechanical and general maintenance tasks, workshop preparation, tool handling and labouring duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Key Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople with mechanical and general maintenance tasks
• Support workshop operations including preparation, tool management and housekeeping
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and in accordance with training
• Perform labouring, equipment handling and manual tasks as required
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-start meetings and safety interactions

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role within mining or heavy industry
• Physically fit and capable of manual work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic tool experience (Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets highly regarded)
• Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Current Coal Board Medical / Standard 11 
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Forklift (FL) and/or EWP (RII maintenance related) tickets desirable
