Our client is experiencing continued growth and currently has exciting opportunities for experienced Diesel Fitters to join their Maintenance Team based in the Yatala workshop. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with strong career prospects in a well-established operation.
Reporting directly to the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing a large fleet of civil and mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, servicing and maintenance of earthmoving plant, equipment and light vehicles
• Diagnose faults and carry out preventative maintenance
• Work on a fleet including dump trucks, graders, scrapers, dozers, excavators, loaders and light vehicles
• Work on machinery including CAT, Hitachi and Bell equipment
• Maintain a high standard of safety and workmanship in the workshop

About You

• Australian Trade Qualification (Diesel Fitting / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent)
• Previous experience working on civil construction or mining mobile plant
• Strong mechanical diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Reliable with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
