AAMG is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our client’s team based in Darra. This is an afternoon shift position, offering the opportunity to work within a well-established workshop environment.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the rebuilding and overhauling of components for mining equipment. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a strong commitment to delivering quality repairs and maintenance.

About the Role:

• Rebuilding components such as suspensions, pump drives, transmissions, wheel groups, cylinders, and differentials
• Comply with all site, workshop and WHS requirements

  To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade Certificate 
• Expertise in rebuilding components such as suspensions, pump drives, transmissions, wheel groups, cylinders, and differentials
• A high level of mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use precision measuring instruments
• Forklift and Dogger ticket ESSENTIAL
