About the Role
You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and fault diagnosis across a fleet of surface mobile mining equipment, including CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi, and ancillary gear. 

Key Responsibilities

• Fault finding and diagnostics on mobile plant equipment
• Routine servicing and maintenance (workshop & field)
• Breakdown repairs and component rebuilds
• Participation in toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Contribute to hazard identification, risk assessments, and JSAs

About You

• Australian recognised trade qualification (Diesel Fitting or equivalent)
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Valid Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
• Proven experience on CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr or similar mining equipment
• Additional RII tickets (advantageous)
• Willingness to work across multiple QLD sites
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
