This position is perfect for Delivery Coordinators, Customer Relations Specialists, Receptionists, customer retention specialists or any customer-focused ambassador from light automotive or heavy vehicle dealerships.
  
About the Role: 
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will collaborate with Department Managers to ensure that our OEM and dealership care standards rank among the highest in our network. You will be the voice of our customers, liaising with internal stakeholders, managing a customer issues and complaints log, and ensuring timely resolutions. Your role will involve enriching customer relationships, driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and positively contributing to our dealership culture.
  
About You: 

• Experience in a dealership or similar customer-centric role.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Proficiency in office administration, with strong MS Word and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with CRM databases and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to maintain relationships across departments while liaising with Department Managers.
• A proactive approach, coupled with a friendly demeanour.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
