Vision E Mobility Group seeks a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Automotive Technician at our new Bosch Service Centre is Pakenham. This position is within a startup workshop, reporting to the Senior Manager at the dealership, and involves various responsibilities to support our department's growth. 
  
About the role: 
As a new team member, you will collaborate with a small but close-knit team reporting to the Senior Manager. Your role will involve the following duties: 
  

• Ensuring that all servicing, maintenance, and repairs are performed according to the manufacturer's standards
• Conducting diagnostics, resolving faults, and completing tasks to a high standard
• Assisting with customer service and workshop maintenance tasks
• Potentially assisting with washing vehicles as needed
• Demonstrating the ambition to grow with the department as it expands

  
Who are we looking for? 

• Experienced Qualified Mechanic, ideally with dealership experience
• Previous experience with Mahindra, JAC UTE would be superb, but not essential.
• Excellent service, repair and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
• Flexibility with your duties supporting a small team, pitching in to work towards a common goal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (especially when interacting with customers)
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
