As we continue to excel in the industry, we seek an experienced Sales Cadet to join our esteemed team.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Cadet, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and the team to learn the ins and outs of truck sales, focusing on building relationships and promoting Isuzu Trucks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining solid relationships with customers in the transport industry.
- Support promoting and selling Isuzu Truck models tailored to customer needs.
- Learn to provide expert advice on truck specifications, features, and benefits.
- Participate in conducting truck demonstrations and test drives.
- Help prepare and present sales proposals, assisting with pricing and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
About You: We are looking for motivated individuals eager to kickstart their sales careers. You should have:
- A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A solution-focused mindset with a keen interest in understanding customer needs.
- A results-oriented attitude and a desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ideally, a valid heavy vehicle driver's license or a willingness to obtain one.
