We seek a motivated Retention and Loyalty Coordinator to join our team in this pivotal role, supporting sales, service, and parts departments.
About the role:
This position is perfect for Delivery Coordinators, Customer Relations Specialists, Receptionists, customer retention specialists or any customer-focused ambassador, ideally from a light automotive dealership.
While primarily supporting Patterson Cheney Toyota, you will also assist Patterson Cheney Isuzu UTE and our latest additions, Dandenong Mahindra and JAC Motors Dandenong.
In this role, you will ensure a flawless, upscale, and professional service experience while continuously analysing customer feedback to enhance their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and build a friendly rapport for a positive experience.
- Manage the customer experience program and oversee various operational standards and surveys.
- Conduct audits and communicate with manufacturer contacts to ensure compliance and quality.
- Address concerns from dissatisfied customers at the dealership to improve their experience.
- Create and implement customer retention programs, including loyalty initiatives.
- Oversee administrative staff in the service department, focusing on training and skill development.
- Simplify booking processes for unique customers.
- Work with different departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain the customer feedback portal, ensuring follow-ups and accurate data.
- Uphold the company's image and handle customer complaints across all areas.
- Lead programs for roadside assistance and engage staff in social activities.
- Prepare presentations and use various reporting tools for dealership updates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for service systems.
About you: - Proven experience in automotive customer service, ideal with automotive dealership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Tune, Excel, ERA, and O.E.M. data reports.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and stakeholder liaison.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization of tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
