£65,000 + car allowance
We are working with a well-established and growing electrical infrastructure business that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality design, installation, and maintenance services across the UK. With continued year-on-year growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their expanding team.
The Role
This is a key position taking full ownership of project delivery on site from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing works safely and efficiently, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Full end-to-end management of site-based projects
- Leading site teams and ensuring effective coordination of labour, plant, and materials
- Maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Liaising with clients, supervisors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Managing project documentation including toolbox talks, audits, and reporting
- Overseeing financial tracking and reporting for allocated projects
- Acting as operational standby on a rota basis when required
- Managing interfaces between internal teams, clients, and network representatives
- Maintaining strong communication and a professional approach at all times
Criteria of the Project Manager: - A minimum of an HNC in Electrical Engineering (or similar discipline)
- Strong technical understanding of HV switchgear and electrical infrastructure
- Experience within an ICP or utilities environment (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
