Are you an experienced Multi Utilities professional looking for your next challenge?

We are working with an established Utility Contractor hat is looking for a Project Supervisor to take ownership of site delivery, lead teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, managing people, solving problems, and playing a key role in delivering essential infrastructure projects.

You will lead both direct teams and subcontractors, working closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and operational teams to drive successful project delivery.

Responsibilities of the Project Supervisor:

• Taking ownership of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across your sites
• Supervising and motivating site teams to maximise productivity and performance
• Ensuring works are completed in line with agreed programmes and customer expectations
• Carrying out site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Reviewing RAMS and ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times
• Managing site documentation, reporting, and project records
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication
• Identifying and resolving issues quickly to keep projects moving
• Supporting continuous improvement and driving operational excellence
• Managing materials, plant, resources, and site efficiencies
• Supporting commercial performance and helping deliver profitable projects

Criteria for the Project Supervisor:

• Experience working within the Multi Utilities / Infrastructure sector
• Previous experience supervising site teams and subcontractors
• CITB SMSTS
• NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor
• EUSR SHEA Gas / Water / Electricity
• EUSR SCO competencies (where applicable)
• EUSR Safe Control of Mains Connections (Water)
• First Aid qualification
• Full UK driving licence
