Large supplier of agricultural products nation-wide is seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager in either Brisbane, Adelaide or Sydney.

Our client is a well-established supplier of agricultural products to the Australian market, working closely with growers, distributors and supply partners across multiple regions. The business is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across its agricultural products portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Manager - Agriculture, this role is responsible for driving sales performance, margin delivery and customer growth across the agricultural sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales, margin and growth targets across the agricultural products range.
- Managing and growing key customer accounts through relationship-based selling.
- Identifying new customers and market opportunities.
- Promoting and expanding the existing product range and supporting new product introductions.
- Providing sales analysis, forecasting and reporting to support commercial decision-making.
- Working closely with suppliers on pricing, product supply and market feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in agricultural sales, ideally within fertilisers or agri-inputs. - Strong understanding of agricultural markets, customers and supply chains.
- Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
- High-level communication and relationship management capability.
- Comfortable with regular travel across Queensland, northern NSW and other regions as required.
- Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, agribusiness, science or business are desirable.
Remuneration and Location
- Attractive remuneration package, commensurate with experience.
- Location: Brisbane, QLD, Adelaide, SA, or Sydney, NSW.
