Our client
Our client is a leader in data capture and transfer within the global livestock industry. They are now seeking a motivated Sales Representative to be the face of the company across the North Island of New Zealand. In this role, you will utilise your livestock industry expertise and networks to boost sales of our innovative livestock identification and management solutions. You will work remotely from the field while maintaining close contact with our national team. This is a practical role with significant on-farm engagement, ideal for a self-driven individual who can establish relationships with producers and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in the yards.
Role
You will represent the company in the North Island of New Zealand, building solid relationships with livestock producers and key industry stakeholders. Your main role is to use your knowledge of the livestock sector and your network to spot new business opportunities, convert leads, and boost sales in your area. You will aim to meet and exceed the regional sales targets through proactive engagement and regular follow-up. You will conduct frequent on-farm visits to cattle and sheep producers and confidently interact with farmers to understand their operations, evaluate their needs, and recommend suitable products that benefit their livestock management.
