HAYLO People are partnering with a respected insurance brokerage in Brisbane to recruit an Account Manager.

Location: Brisbane (CBD)
  
The Role:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Ensure clients’ insurance needs are met through tailored coverage and expert advice
• Collaborate with underwriters to deliver competitive solutions
• Provide risk management guidance and insights
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
• Support new business growth through cross-sell and referrals
• Stay current on market conditions and industry updates

  
About You:

• Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking, or Tier 2 with an interest in working towards Tier 1
• 3+ years’ experience in commercial broking, as a broker or an assistant broker (SME or mid-market)
• Strong understanding of the general insurance market
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• A driven, down-to-earth communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting
• Passionate about broking and motivated to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines without compromising on quality
