Due to growth, they are seeking aClaims Administrator to join their Sydney CBD team, offering full training and career development in a supportive environment. 

The Role

As Claims Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with managing a variety of claims, helping clients understand the process and lodge claims.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and brokers by providing friendly and helpful support.
• Deliver great customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Process claims efficiently while following company guidelines and deadlines.
• Learn and follow industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Location: Sydney CBD
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Strong work-life balance
• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Plus Super
• Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)

To be successful in this role you will offer the following:

• Previous experience in insurance, administration, or customer service is beneficial.
