Position: Asset Technicians
Rate: £22.43 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: 6 Months 

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Asset Technician to join our Homes and Landlord Services team. This role is crucial in supporting the Asset Management Team by managing business processes, ensuring data integrity, and overseeing key asset management functions. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you! This isn't a role necessarily for a Analyst this is more for a Data Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee asset surveys and operational processes.
• Collect, validate, cleanse, and upload data into the Asset Management database.
• Assist in managing projects within the Asset Management Team.
• Make real-time service decisions following established procedures.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve escalated issues from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and policies.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and drive service improvements.
• Provide guidance to staff, allocate work, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Work effectively with colleagues, management, and external agencies.

• Relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, BTEC, A-Levels) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and create reports using IT systems and spreadsheets.
• Strong knowledge of asset management legislation, guidance, and best practices.
• Experience of maintenance ordering and management systems (preferably Keystone and Civica CX )
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new technologies.
