We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor, on behalf of our client based in Abingdon. The contract for this position is on a temporary basis, initially for up to 3 Months. 

JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: £12 p/h Umbrella
• WORK TYPE: Temporary
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time 
• LOCATION: Abingdon

• The role will be making outbound calls and completing an online form for information.
• Making outbound calls to members of the public who have expressed an interest in becoming a sponsor for Ukrainian refugees coming in to the UK also speaking with the refugees themselves. 
• Dealing tactfully with complaints and escalating customer complaints appropriately.
• Checking official documents e.g. Utility Bill, Driving Licence to verify customer identity for a range of services. 

• Must be available for an immediate start. 
• This role will office based. 
• Must have a valid basic DBS.
• Good administrative and ICT skills.
• A genuine interest in helping people with the ability to actively listen to customers.
