YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As our Service Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of the Service Department, providing a professional and positive experience for every customer.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Greeting and assisting customers visiting the Service Department
• Directing customers and visitors to the appropriate team members
• Managing and logging telephone enquiries
• Processing invoices
• Filing and general administrative duties
• Supporting the Service Team to ensure an exceptional customer experience

ABOUT YOU
You’ll be a confident, polished and customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people.
We’re looking for:

• Previous reception and/or customer service experience
• Outstanding personal presentation
• An energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent telephone manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
