We’re looking for a motivated and professional Admin Coordinator to join our industry-leading team at our Ravenhall location.

• $55-$60K Base + Super + Commissions (up to $1000 a month)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for someone who has:

• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good clerical and administration skills
• Previous experience with vehicle registrations is preferred
• A current Driver Licence appropriate to any company or customer vehicles you may be required to drive

YOUR ROLE
As an Admin Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our vehicle delivery and administration processes run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assisting with the management of the vehicle delivery process and delivery log
• Liaising with Sales Consultants and Pre-Delivery teams regarding vehicle preparation
• Keeping Sales Consultants updated throughout the vehicle preparation process
• Communicating any potential delivery delays promptly
• Supporting our commitment to quality service
• Assisting Stock Control with vehicle registrations when required
• Assisting After-Market Consultants with warranties when required
