Powerhouse Recruitment is seeking a polished, enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist / Showroom Host to join one of Melbourne's leading privately owned automotive dealership groups at its Ravenhall location.
This is more than a reception role. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, the welcoming face of the showroom and an important part of a professional, high-performing team.
If you bring the warmth of hospitality, the professionalism of a corporate receptionist and the energy to thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• $60,000 + superannuation
• Five-day working week.
• Optional Saturday shifts paid at penalty rates.
• Ongoing training and professional development.
• Genuine career growth opportunities within an established dealership group.
• Supportive, inclusive and team-focused culture.
• The opportunity to work in a professional, customer-driven environment.

YOUR ROLE:
You'll help set the tone for every showroom visit, ensuring customers feel welcome, valued and looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the right departments.
• Creating a welcoming, premium showroom experience.
• Coordinating customer arrivals and assisting the sales team.
• Recording and managing telephone enquiries.
• Preparing invoices, filing and completing general administration.
• Maintaining a polished, organised and presentable reception area.
• Supporting the team to ensure the showroom runs smoothly.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

• Have experience in reception, hospitality or customer service.
• Enjoy meeting people and creating positive first impressions.
• Present yourself professionally and take pride in your work.
• Have excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Are organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Thrive in a busy environment and enjoy being part of a team.

Previous automotive experience is welcome, but a strong customer-service mindset and a positive attitude are essential.
