THE ROLE

As Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume workshop while ensuring your team consistently delivers exceptional results.

You will:

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians
• Oversee efficient day-to-day workshop operations
• Maintain exceptional quality and productivity standards
• Drive workshop performance and profitability
• Work closely with service and other dealership departments
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Create a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

• Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Manager
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
