YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of service technicians, detailers and service advisors
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
• Driving service department performance, efficiency and profitability
• Developing and supporting your team to achieve their full potential
• Collaborating with other dealership departments to improve processes and performance
• Maintaining a safe and productive workplace
• Ensuring compliance with all manufacturer brand standards
