Powerhouse Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join a premium automotive dealership in South Yarra.

About the Role:

As the Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional handover experience.
Working closely with the Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Pre-Delivery teams, you will coordinate all aspects of vehicle preparation, registration, documentation, and delivery scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all new vehicle deliveries and customer handovers.
• Schedule delivery appointments and manage delivery timelines.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared, detailed, inspected, and ready for delivery.
• Prepare and process registration, compliance, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate accessory fitments, transportation, and pre-delivery requirements.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Conduct final quality checks prior to vehicle handover.
• Maintain accurate delivery schedules, records, books, and keys.
• Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure deadlines are met.
• Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the delivery journey.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, logistics, vehicle deliveries, or dealership operations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
