Are you an experienced Receptionist with a passion for customer service and a positive attitude? One of Melbourne’s largest privately owned dealership groups is seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Sales Receptionist to join our industry-leading Sales Team in Ballarat.

• Salary: $58,000 + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
• Greet and assist all customers visiting the sales department
• Direct visitors to the appropriate staff members
• Log and manage telephone enquiries
• Perform invoicing, filing and general administrative duties
About You:
• Previous reception and/or customer service experience
• Outstanding personal presentation
• Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent phone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
