Are you interested in HR?   Would you like to work with one of the top law firms in the country?    If so, R & W Group has a fantastic new opportunity for a temp to possibly perm HR Recruiting Assistant with one of our favorite law firm clients.    In this role, you would:
 

• Ensure confidentiality of all human resources issues, employee, and firm related matters.
• Respond to inquiries from local personnel regarding firm and human resources policy and procedures.  Research firm policy to respond to inquiries, using discretion and judgment when providing information. 
• Assist with the summer program.
• Assist the recruiting team with HR projects.
• Perform administrative functions.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekend hours as needed.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
