Are you a Receptionist?   Have you worked in a law firm or other professional services environment?   Are you looking for a part time role in NY?   Would you like to work with one of the top law firms in the US?   If so, R & W Group has a fantastic new opportunity!  One of our favorite law firm clients is looking for a part-time onsite Receptionist working 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. M-F (20 hours per week).  In this temp to possibly perm role, you would be responsible for:
 

• Meeting and greeting clients, guests, and visiting office attorneys and staff.
• Answering the telephones in a courteous and professional manner, routing calls and messages to the appropriate attorney or staff member in a timely manner and handling routine inquiries.
• Preparing, setting up, and breaking down conference room set ups including coffee/beverages/food/supplies for meetings and events.
• Maintaining standard pantry and conference rooms supplies, including milk, coffee, tea, and basic office supplies.
• Providing backup telephone services for other firm offices outside of the NY area, as needed.
• Arranging local transportation for clients, guests, and attorneys, as needed.
• Assigning temporary building access to attorneys and staff, arranging access to the internal space as well as maintaining the Temporary Badge Log.
• Maintaining a professional appearance at the reception desk and in the reception area (organizing the seating area, florals, and reading materials).
