Are you a barred attorney who loves working with commercial contracts?   Do you have a science background?    Would you like to work with an amazing non-profit organization, remotely?   If so, R & W Group has a fantastic full-time temporary opportunity for a fully remote attorney who has experience with contracts! You MUST be in the US and be able to work during Eastern time zone hours.   Our client is a highly respected well-known non-profit located in DC. They are looking for a temporary attorney to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside an accomplished team while expanding your connections and reputation in the legal field. You would work 40 hours per week, starting February and ending in July. You must have 2- 4 years of prior experience with contract negotiations and agreements.  The position requirements are:
 
Essential duties and functions:

• Contract creation and review
• MTA agreements (not required will train)  
• NDA agreements (not required will train)
• Potential for light IP/Patent work (not required will train)
• legal research
• legal writing

 
Additional information:

• You would work directly with scientists and business managers so you must be polished
• Organized and self-driven
• Science background not necessary but would be beneficial
