The opportunity:

• End-to-end management of a well-maintained residential portfolio
• Mix of relationship management, leasing support, maintenance coordination and compliance
• Work in a modern office with an experienced leadership team and established procedures

What you will be doing:

• Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships, providing prompt and professional communication
• Overseeing maintenance, coordinating trades and ensuring timely completion of work orders
• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and preparing detailed reports
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, VCAT preparation (as required) and general PM administration

What you bring:

• 1–3+ years’ experience in residential property management
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate, driver’s licence and reliable car
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and confidence working with property software and Microsoft Office
