The opportunity:

• Assistant Property Manager supporting an experienced PM across a well-maintained residential portfolio
• Structured training with clear pathways into a full Property Manager role
• Modern office environment, well-known brand and plenty of local market activity

What you will be doing:

• Assisting with routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and preparing detailed condition reports
• Supporting leasing activities including opens, application processing and reference checks
• Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries, providing timely and professional customer service
• Helping to coordinate maintenance, liaise with trades, and follow up work orders
• General administration including document preparation, database updates and filing

What you bring:

• 6–18 months’ experience in residential real estate, property management or leasing (or strong admin plus real estate interest)
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence with a reliable car
• Strong communication skills, professional presentation and a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Good attention to detail, time management and willingness to learn from senior team members
