You will be joining a professional, well-established Owners Corporation practice with a strong reputation for service and compliance. The team works closely with the OC Director and stakeholders to deliver high standards across commercial and residential schemes, supported by robust systems and processes. It is a stable environment with realistic expectations and a focus on long-term relationships.

The opportunity:

Senior OC Manager role overseeing a mixed portfolio of Owners Corporations.
Blend of client relationship management, meetings, maintenance, compliance and financial oversight.
Close collaboration with an experienced Director and OC team in a professional CBD-based setting.

What you will be doing:

Establishing and maintaining strong reporting relationships with Owners Corporations and committees.
Preparing budgets, financial statements and annual reports, and ensuring all returns and records are accurate and complete.
Convening, supporting and chairing AGMs, special and committee meetings, including preparation of notices, agendas and minutes.
Coordinating insurance renewals and claims, ensuring compliance with relevant Acts, regulations, codes and OH&S requirements.
Managing repairs and maintenance programs, sourcing quotes, overseeing contractor performance and maintaining maintenance schedules.
Handling accounts payable and receivable, levy contributions, OC certificates, breach notices and general correspondence.

What you bring:

Solid experience in Owners Corporation / strata management, ideally in a senior or portfolio lead capacity.
Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, reporting and levy management.
Confident meeting management skills, including chairing AGMs and handling complex stakeholder discussions.
Detailed knowledge of OC legislation and compliance, with the ability to give clear, accurate guidance to clients.
Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
