What you will be doing:

• End-to-end commercial property management including lease administration, rent reviews, renewals and options.​
• Managing repairs and maintenance, coordinating trades, insurance claims and essential safety measures.​
• Conducting inspections, preparing detailed reports and overseeing tenant ingoings, routines and exits.​
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants through regular calls, meetings and prompt follow-up.​

What you bring:

• 3–5 years (or more) commercial/industrial property management experience, ideally with exposure to VCAT or similar tribunals.​
• Current Agent’s Representative (or Cert IV equivalent), valid driver’s licence and a strong service mindset.​
• Confident communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with excellent time management and organisation.​
• A proactive, dependable approach – you follow through, care about outcomes and earn the respect of clients and colleagues.

Salary:  $110,000 - $140,000 + Super dependent on your experience.
