An award winning brand, with an excellent name in the area.  Work alongside a busy sales Director, in a high achieving team of three.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
Are you looking to kick-start a rewarding career? Would you like the opportunity to be mentored by a very successful Sales Director.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build a long & rewarding career in Real Estate. We are seeking people who are self-motivated & driven to achieve results, you will be a great team player who takes initiative & has a strong passion for our industry.  Ideally you may come from a property background, but we'd love to talk to you if this is your first move in to this buzzing sector.

Initially base plus super and commissions kick in after 6 months.

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Prospecting for new business and database management
- Liaise with vendors and buyers 
- Conduct open homes and buyer inspections while building client relationships
- Participate in In-House training and mentoring 

We require candidates to have the following:

- A current Agents Rep Certificate (or be nearing completion)
- Have a current Drivers Licence & own your own car
- Extremely well presented
- Previous sales experience
- Have great communication skills & also great admin skills
