ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a highly polished, peoples person who loves the thrill of the chase and the hunting mentality.  There are a lot of company leads provided and this role needs someone who can act with urgency and skill

You may be an existing BDM or have excellent property experience and can transition into this role with ease. 

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into new managements
• Prospect for new opportunities, within the existing database and through effective networking
• Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of business
• Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI's and targets 
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained
• Assist the team with ad-hoc projects to further assist the business

 In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be PROACTIVE  this role is highly rewarding and we need someone HUNGRY & MOTIVATED!
• Previous experience within Real Estate - You could be working within Leasing, Property Management, Sales but the main thing is a willingness and track record in being proactive to deliver outstanding customer service in achieving goals
• Strong follow up skills
• The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
• Team orientated 
• Must be presentable
• Must have a driver’s License and access to a car full time
• You must have an Agents Rep certificate or Cert 4 in Real Estate Services.
