We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our client's growing team.
This agency has a stellar reputation for provided expert management services to a portfolio of high end, high-rise, mixed-use developments.
With over 1000 lots settling within the next 12 months, there is the opportunity to further develop this role into a senior management role and expand your support to include a dedicated full time PA.
The team is highly regarded as experts in their field and have an amazing office environment with a vibrant enthusiastic team to match.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Senior Owners Corporation Manager with at least 5 years of experience. The responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple residential buildings, providing strategic advice to building committees, managing financial budgets, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Experience with highrise buildings is essential. While the primary location is based bayside, there is flexibility to work from home following completion of probation period.
Qualifications Required: - Leadership, Problem Solving, and Decision-Making skills
- 5 years experience in Owners Corporation Management
- Financial Management and Budgeting skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of Owners Corporation Legislation and Regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Highrise / Multi OC experience
- Proven knowledge and experience as an Owners Corporation Manager
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to identify priority tasks and manage high volume incoming correspondence
