We are on the hunt for an Inspections/Leasing consultant to join a strong brand located in the outer East, known for their exceptional results, honesty, and professionalism which keeps them at the forefront in their market.

This is such a great role for someone who is hungry to learn property management, but perhaps doesn't have the experience as yet.   You need your Cert 4 in Real Estate Practise (legal requirement) and a desire to grow into property management.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Diary management/organise appointments
• Organise and attend open for inspections and private inspections
• Process rental applications and reference check
• Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email
• Update property listings/advertisements online
• Coordinate key handovers and lease signing with new tenants

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current driver's licence
• Be available to work Saturday's (in time)

• Certificate 4 in Real Estate Practise
