About the company and the role:
Our CBD based client are leaders in both Commercial Property and Owners Corporation. They have a wealth of experience in the commercial industry, spanning over a century.  They also have a broad range of skills and knowledge.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced assistant Owners Corporation manager to join their team.  They would also consider someone from Residential Property Management that wants to move into Owners Corporation.  This role will see you supporting two experienced managers with all things admin.  With encouragement in growth, there will be plenty of opportunities within this agency.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, clients and external business contacts
• Preparation of business and client correspondence
• Dealing with the manager’s correspondence, including urgent and diplomatic matters
• Provide day to day support including personal tasks to the managers and director
• Preparing AGM documentation for OC department portfolio
• Liaise with solicitors, financiers, accountants and members of the public
• Maintain property files and correspondence
• Prepare marketing material for clients and business associates
• Arrange mail outs to prospects including investors and developers
• Arrange booking of functions/events/seminars for OC department as required
• Other ad hoc duties as required

This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (with Friday's finishing at 5pm), and salary will be dependant on experience - circa $75,000 +Super
