As a Professional Standards Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring our people and practices align with our values and obligations. What you'll do:

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of professional standards policies and procedures
• Assist with internal reviews, audits, and investigations into professional conduct matters
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and ethical obligations across the business
• Coordinate reporting and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to teams on professional standards issues
• Contribute to training and awareness initiatives that promote a culture of integrity

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience in governance, compliance, or professional standards, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret policy and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to ethical conduct
• The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
