Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering the organisation's digital marketing strategy across owned and paid channels. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role within a small, specialist marketing team, requiring deep digital expertise.
 
You will lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across the website, SEO, paid organic social media, and eDMs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. With a strong focus on content, optimisation, and performance tracking, this role ensures Equity Trustees' digital activity is on brand, compliant, and aligned to business objectives.

You'll join a collaborative and high‑performing marketing team, with the opportunity to influence digital innovation, improve customer experience, and drive digital lead generation across product lines.
 
About the Role

• Develop and manage the digital campaign calendar, aligned with marketing plans, events, sponsorships, and business strategy
• Coordinate and deliver digital campaigns across website, SEO, paid search, social media, and eDM platforms
• Manage SEO initiatives, including content development and optimisation in partnership with internal teams
• Oversee Google Ads, online directories, and paid social campaigns, assessing performance and optimisation opportunities
• Source, draft, or brief content (including video and animation) for digital channels and campaigns
• Maintain and grow Equity Trustees' LinkedIn presence, including organic and paid activity
• Coordinate client communications via Pardot and Mailchimp, supporting the transition to full Pardot integration
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across all business units to identify content opportunities and translate business objectives into digital outcomes
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and service providers as required
• Ensure all digital activity complies with brand, style, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and continuous improvement across digital channels

What You Need

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum five years' practical experience in a digital marketing role
• Demonstrated experience deploying end‑to‑end digital campaigns across SEO, paid search, social media, and eDMs
• Hands‑on experience with Pardot and Salesforce is essential, with the confidence to manage automation, data flows, and campaign reporting
• Experience working with a web CMS (Sitecore preferred, or equivalent)
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams operating at different levels of digital maturity
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, report on outcomes, and optimise activity
• High level of initiative, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement capability
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment
