Senior Analyst, Investment Administration

Step into a role where your analytical mindset, problem‑solving capability and eye for process optimisation will help Equity Trustees strengthen the way we support our Trustee & Wealth Services (TWS) clients.
As Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role connecting our front‑office teams with our investment administration platforms (NavOne/HUB24), ensuring our clients' accounts are accurate, compliant, and supported by strong operational processes. You'll contribute to how we work, how we improve, and how we develop smarter ways to serve our clients.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in the grey, thinks deeply about how processes can be improved, and brings a combination of analytical skill, technical capability and interpersonal collaboration.


What you'll do:

• Deliver accurate and timely investment administration across transactions, reconciliations, valuations, corporate actions and asset maintenance.
• Support front‑office teams by ensuring client accounts correctly reflect transactions and asset values, acting as the conduit between EQT and HUB24/NavOne.
• Analyse processes to identify efficiencies, uplift controls, reduce risk, and design improvements that strengthen operational outcomes.
• Build strong internal relationships with Trust Managers, Client Services, Professional Standards and other TWS teams to enhance cross‑team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HUB24 and NavOne partners to drive enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
• Support a high‑performing team culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and promoting continuous improvement.

 
What you'll need to succeed:
 

• Experience in investment operations, custody, unit registry or trustee‑related sectors (or equivalent experience with investment products).
• Strong understanding of investment products across asset classes and how transactions flow through an investment administration environment.
• Strong analytical capability — including Excel (macros highly valued), data interrogation, building practical solutions and improving processes.
• Ability to interpret processes, identify gaps, work through ambiguity and make sound decisions in grey areas.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills to collaborate effectively across teams and external providers.
• A continuous improvement mindset with confidence to challenge existing processes constructively.
• Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or banking are preferred but not essential.
