About the Role

• Leading client appointments from initial consultation through to signing, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process.
• Preparing high-quality documentation, including simple and testamentary discretionary trust Wills, enduring powers of attorney and advance care directives.
• Conducting peer and client reviews of draft documents to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Identifying fiduciary strategies and opportunities to deliver value beyond document production.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure best practice and exceptional client outcomes.

What You Need

• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning and related legislation.
• Proven experience advising on complex estate planning matters.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Law and admission to practice as a legal practitioner.
• A Master of Laws in Wills & Estates will be highly regarded.
