About the Role
The Process Improvement Manager – Plan to Forecast (P2F) will join CTM’s dedicated Finance Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation and working closely with the CFO, commercial finance leaders, FP&A teams and business unit stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll lead the design, optimisation and standardisation of CTM’s end-to-end planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. You’ll partner with FP&A and commercial finance teams to improve forecasting models, streamline processes, strengthen planning frameworks and provide better tools and insights to support forward-looking financial management.
The role will focus on driving continuous improvement across the Forecast-to-Plan (F2P) lifecycle, ensuring processes are consistent, efficient and aligned with the needs of the business.
About You
We’re looking for a strategically minded finance transformation professional who combines strong FP&A expertise with a practical approach to process improvement and business partnering.
You’ll bring:
- 6–8 years’ experience across commercial finance transformation, FP&A, strategic business partnering, financial modelling or management consulting, with a strong track record in improving forecasting and planning processes. A formal accounting qualification is favourable but not essential.
- Strong hands-on experience designing financial planning models, driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis frameworks.
- The ability to work closely with BAU FP&A and commercial finance teams, translating improved forecasting methods into practical tools and processes that teams can adopt and use effectively.
- A structured, analytical approach to identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve complex financial planning processes.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality or transport sector will be highly regarded.
- Practical experience working with SAP environments, including FI/CO, cost centre hierarchies and reporting structures, alongside advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Experience using SAP data to build driver-based planning models or supporting the development of future FP&A/EPM solutions will be advantageous.
