About the Role
Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, Ops & Customer Growth, the Global Digital Marketing Lead runs CTM's digital engine room.
The outcome this role drives is growth: more of the right leads coming through our digital channels, testing programs that run consistently, and improvements you can point to month on month.
To do that you will own the lead flow and the MarTech stack and keep the website, marketing automation, CRM and data ecosystem working together. That means the integrations hold, the data is clean, and the platforms do what the business needs them to do.
You will lead the Digital Marketing Specialist, work alongside the campaign team, and manage the senior, technical, CRM, internal and vendor relationships that keep everything running.
CTM is investing in its digital capability, and this role helps shape how that gets built: what we layer on top across personalisation, conversational marketing, attribution and AI, how it gets used across the business, and how quickly we can move.
We are looking for someone with a genuine can-do attitude and real curiosity. Someone who tests things, pushes AI tooling to see what it can actually do, and is energised by how quickly this space is evolving. You will need to be comfortable making decisions, leading a specialist, and staying close enough to the detail to get things done yourself.
About You
You may be a strong fit if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, operating at a level that combines hands-on execution with directing others.
- A commercial mindset, with experience working to lead or conversion targets and running testing to improve performance.
- Strong MarTech literacy across marketing automation, CRM and system integrations. Marketo experience is highly desirable.
- Experience taking a marketing automation or CRM platform through implementation or major change, including process design and user adoption.
- A solid grasp of marketing operations and data strategy, and how automation, integrations and analytics work together.
- Analytical confidence, with the ability to read performance data and surface insights before anyone asks for them. Multi-touch attribution experience (Marketo Measure or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors or implementation partners, with strong project management and process governance skills.
- Real familiarity with AI tooling and agents, and the curiosity and instinct to pick up new tools quickly.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across global teams, partner brands, vendors and technical teams, including translating technical detail for people who don’t want the technical detail.
How you work You are proactive, commercially minded and comfortable moving between direction and delivery.
You spot opportunities before they are raised with you, and you are happy making a call without waiting for perfect information. You are clear with stakeholders, steady under pressure, and you take ownership of getting things over the line.
You are curious about what is changing in marketing technology and you test it rather than read about it. You balance the need for pace with process, quality and governance standards.
